Goals and Manny

I am afraid for the PacMan in today's fight. Not because Bradley is strong or a better fighter but because the hunger in Bradley's person is so palpable. 

I hope Manny wins but I will bet for a Bradley win.

One thing that I have notice with PacMan is that he never complains. Me on the other hand is such a worrier and a complainer.

As a lawyer, wife, home manager, radio commentator and blogger, what exactly should my training be?

Because the way I see it I could complain all I want and not solve my problems or be like PacMan who works his ass off in a systematic and  doggedly fashion he has made himself an icon in boxing.

LAWYER

But as a lawyer what exactly should my training be? What kind of person should I become to be an exceptional litigator who is a general practitioner.

1. I need to be healthy (physically) which means: I need to eat the right food, exercise and rest.

Do I do this? No. Because I eat a lot of meat and not much vegetables. So more vegetables on this front.

I have also stopped exercising. I need to wake up a bit more earlier to walk and exercise. I need to go back to yoga.

At least I am getting my much needed sleep. I sleep before ten every day except on a Saturday which is my cheat night.

2. I need to be mentally healthy which means proper medication, sleep, meditation, prayer and exercise.

Take my meds.:) Sleep:) Yoga is a negative and should be taken again. I am starting to do the 5x prayers but I am having a difficulty pronouncing. I guess I just have to keep on watching Youtube.

3. I need to be intellectually competent. This means improved writing and speaking skills. More knowledge of the law.

How?

Read more law. Read 10 cases in the morning. Read one law journal article a day. Read one law book a month. Update all law books. Write 1 law essay/blog a day. Grab every opportunity to share your knowledge of the law (lectures, radio, seminars) Attend MCLE. :)

4. I need to take care of my clients.

How?

Proper and accurate billing. Regular client updates. Preparation for hearing. Be on time during hearings. Meet deadlines.

5, Maximize exposure.

Socialize more.

WIFE

1. Follow husband.

2. Take care of self.

Diet. Exercise.Make-up.

3. Be malambing.

HOME MANAGER

1. Stick to the budget.

2. Instruct Royet properly.

3. Server more gulay

RADIO COMMENTATOR.

1. Read the law.

2. Read the news.

3. Watch the news.

4. Share knowledge.

5. Speak clearly.

6. Be on time.

7. Save talent fee.

BLOGGER

1. Promote law blog.

2. Write two entries a day come July. :)
