Negative

I went to the pharmacy first thing in the morning to buy two pregnancy test kits. My sister told me that instead of being paranoid I should have myself tested 1. to stop the paranoia if it is negative and 2. give her niece or nephew the necessary prenatal care if it is positive.

The result was negative. I was disappointed and at the same time relieved.

Relieved because I still do not have to deal with a pregnancy considering the things that are still going on in my life.

Relieved because I still have a few more days to make myself healthier physically, financially and emotionally.

Disappointed because I really want a baby.

Disappointed because I still could not silence the wagging tongues.

I am a little bit disappointed today too because I was told that I could borrow three thousand pesos for my quarterly tax but at the last minute I was told that it was no longer possible.

Another lesson on money management. It sucks that I had to borrow money for my taxes. What I should do every time is to set aside 20% for taxes from all my income and open a separate account for it. I should start it right now.

I am having a hard time adjusting with one of my kasambahay. Hopefully, when the husband is here he will be able to better convey what we need from her and what her conduct should be.

It is a Monday. I hope that I will be able to fund all of my checks this week. :) Pay the quarterly tax and the monthly percentage tax too. And then the monthly cycle will start again. :)

Fart! As my government employee friend would say, "Think of it as if you are paying my salary so that you will not feel so bad with your taxes." So I am thinking my money will go to some of the projects funded by the Department of Trade and Industry and some goes to the salaries of people in the Department of Agrarian reform who are doing their job well.

And I am still the Chairman of the Board of the South Star Development  Cooperative. This would be the second year. I should do better.

Last night, I had a hard time sleeping I read about five Rotary magazines and some projects came to mind.

1. Mangroves planting.
2. Youth entrepreneurship.
3. A replica of the Dolly Parton Project
4. Summer art or sport clinic.

Nerve Macaspac a contemporary in UP gave a speech at the Rotary Convention in New Orleans.

The more I think about it the more I feel that I have been limiting myself too much.

Ah! Another day to stir myself to a better direction. ;)
