I gave a radio interview yesterday about the Scarborough Shoal/Panatag Island and erroneously thought that it was part of the Spratlys group of Island.
Thankfully all the laws are correct because what I read was particularly about Scarborough and I have a strong background in international law. Thanks to my debating skills and my professor in law school.
But to fail to verify the location of the area is a major blunder.
Be more accurate next time. :)
