Blogging Backlog

I just watched a segment of Bandila regarding New Year's Resolutions.

I already broke one of my resolutions many times. I failed to blog nightly.

This is  in compliance with my  blog entry backlogs.

Over the weekend I finally went back to Malisbong after more than a month of failing to visit my in-laws and I only have Rafi's picture as evidence.

I cooked a number of things over the past few days. The most significant is the arroz caldo. I started cooking it and Alvin seasoned it because I had the blandest arroz caldo ever.  It finally passed as arroz caldo and not as sick man's porridge.

I also cooked a relatively flavorful pasta with spanish style tuna from Century Tuna for my friend Toix Cerna who visited our house. I re-executed the pasta with angel hair pasta and tasted A-OK says me.

Oh and I tweaked the picture of my pasta in line with the recently launched  tourism campaign of our country with the slogan it's more fun in the Philippines.

I also received belated birthday gift of a thousand five hundred pesos worth of Halal certified food stuff from Robinson's from Nanay and my sister.

We also celebrated the birthday of Neneng (kababata and manager of Fonti) and Ate Eva our secretary last January 4. I ate lengua estofado left over that day. I love!

I had my first hearing today. I relearned a lot. Kaizen baby.

Yun lang po. :)

I will trust my husband wholeheartedly. As one status update that I read stated: "you will either end up with a very good person or a valuable lesson. "

I have been humming this song for days.
